Kelly Fair is founder and CEO of Polished Pebbles, a mentoring and leadership development program for girls aged 7 to 17. Since 2009, Polished Pebbles has worked with over 5,000 African-American and Latinx girls and provided over 500 mentors to girls in more than 100 schools. Fair has been a sought-after speaker for mentoring, communication skills, girls’ development and job readiness, professional leadership development, and social entrepreneurship. She is a true “south side girl” with a long-standing and rich family history in several south side communities. Kelly is a graduate of Howard University and the University of Iowa, with honors.
